I live in a cold climate so I can't wait to start my garden. I most look forward to the tomatoes and greenbeans! Do you have a favorite food or better yet, favorite spring/summer recipe to share?

I have to agree on the homegrown tomatoes! I am starting our cherry and Big Boy tomatoes this week indoors. It'll still be too cold at night til nearly the end of May to transplant them, but by the time they need to go out they'll be nice, strong and healthy. We had our first garden last year and the tomatoes were such a blessing---amazing! And...I also want to plant sugar snap peas again. They were the best snack!
