Try Thai! Many dishes are super healthy and sauces can be as light as you make them. I do love yellow curry soup with red onions, potatoes and carrots served hot over rice.

Mine is Chinese, Vietnamese, Phillipian, and a number of other Asian dishes. My personal favorites are pork fried rice, egg rolls, spring rolls, sesame chicken, and sweet & sour chicken. I have been eating these foods since I was a kid and could probably eat them every day now without getting tired that's how much I like it.
