To get your blog started you can join a few blog groups. I listed two below but if you do a search you will find many more. http://www.blogaholicnetwork.com/ http://www.mombloggersclub.com/ I am happy to have new followers and I will follow you back. http://www.easy2save.blogspot.com

I do not blog, either. It is possible to guest blog for another blogger and build your following. Let me know how it goes.

I just started a blog. I went to wordpress.com and found a design I liked and set it up. Then I just posted things I wrote. I started with product reviews. I don't have many followers yet but the best way to get out there once you start is to join a blogging group where they have "share" times. You can post your blog or posts and then people either follow or like or share depending on the rules. They also include Twitter and other social media.

So I am completely new to all of this; blogging, twitter, pintrest. I know, I know. Where have I been? It's cool though. I am learning really fast and I keep getting more and more followers. I plan on starting a youtube for reviewing too. That is once I get my first review. Wish me luck and best wishes to you all too.

Excuse the dumb question but how do I follow your Mom Bloggers Club blog? Is just a simple email sign up? I just started blogging, and my main reason for blogging is I am doing product reviews for discounted or free products. I would love to have more followers so that companies are more apt to approve me to try our their product. My blog is: https://reviewingallkindsofproducts.wordpress.com/ I will follow everyone back once I figure out how to. =) Thank you in advance. PS. I also blog for my photography business so if anyone is interested my blog for that is: https://reviewingallkindsofproducts.wordpress.com/ Again thank you!

Okay. newbie blogger feeling dumb here. Actually I must say, I am not entirely brand new. I originally started blogging in 2011 when my son passed away however in 2013 I walked away from by blog, all my followers, etc. Now I am looking to pick up where I left off and really stick with it this time. I have recently given my blog a facelift, as well as getting my own domain, etc. However, I also started from scratch with all of my social media etc, so I have almost no followers. I am happy to follow anyone who follows me in order to help boost someone else's numbers as well, but how to I join sites and start raising my number of followers.

Is there any information on how to start a blog from scratch? I have no idea how to even get one started.

If you google "how to start a blog", there are tons of great guides. If you know what kind of blog you want, add that in too ("how to start a travel blog", "how to start a fashion blog", "how to start a poetry blog")
