What are some of your favorite places to get accessories (i.e. sunglasses, necklaces, earrings, hats)? I'm a big accessories girl and love trying new stores and websites.

Personally websites like overstock.com and zappos.com have great accessories. Overstock has flat $2.99 shipping and zappos is free shipping both ways, so if you don't like something when you get it it's easy to send back. Zappos also has "reviews" so you can see if other people like the items or not.

I love to buy my accessories from Cookie Lee, it's a home show company that has great priced items with a one-year warrenty! If anyone is interested in checking out the line you can go to www.cookielee.com or email a consultant at ashleybowman4jewelry@gmail.com! When I don't purchase my accessories from Cookie Lee I find New York and Company to be the best place to go!!! They have amazing sales and are always emailing coupons!

I love New York and Company, Forever 21 and Bells Outlet. New York and Company's jewlery is priced between $14.99 and $29.99 which is very affordable. On top of great prices they offer coupons, sales and added benefits if you apply for their in store credit card. New York and Company features trendy pieces and items that can stay with you for years to come. Forever 21 always has great price points that start as low as $2.99. All their items are very trendy, so you most likley wont use the item over 2 years. You know how fast trends come and go. Bells outlet has great price points and their items often come in sets. The only draw back is that it is an outler store, so that means you have to go there regularly. Good luck shopping!

I have bought some of my most favorite accessories from Nortstrom's Rack. It's Nordstroms outlet so everything is at a great price. You'll see alot of brand names and the current trends there. Another place is Charming Charlie's. They have their stores color coordinated and its fun to shop in there. I have considered jewelry in colors that i normally wouldnt go to but their displays show it off.

Jewelry that "turns you green" - - is often because there is a nickel alloy mixed in. Try to purchase nickel-free (almost all made-in-Italy merchandise these days is nickel-free). 14K (14 of the 24 parts) gold is 59% gold and then there are other 'alloys' (metals - for example to get rose gold, copper is mixed in, to get white gold, palladium or rhodium is mixed in) mixed-in. 18K gold is 75% gold, and in the Middle East and Far East, 21K, 22K, and even 24K are not uncommon. Same thing with "plated" jewelry, either vermeil or flash-finish. So try to get jewelry that does not have nickel as an alloy and then you probably will not turn green.

JCPenneys has expanded their jewelry department and are very generous with coupons. I recently had a $10.00 off coupon and bought a pair of sunglass for $11.99, making my investment only $1.99!!!!!.

I was recently at forever 21 with my teen daughter and found some amazing jewelry while browsing around wating for her to try on a shirt. The jewelry is very inexpensive and is a lovely variety of conservative pieces and some more wild daring ones

I see many have already said the forever 21, which is indeed one of my favorites. But believe it or not, once in awhile you can find something funky and interesting at a dollar store. No one ever knows what you paid. Thrift stores too, all it takes is a little imagination to make things work fantastically.
