Thank you all for what you do. I'm intrigued by the journal Prompts you offer. Having gone through tragedies I find I need to journal more and do so by self care. I would love to receive this journal and pen to begin. Losing my son and his entire family has been rough and this has inspired me. Please send Ka' Saundra Norris-Carson. 1706 New Lenox RD Joliet IL 60433

I lost my daughter right before Christmas in 2014, and I write to her each night. I've filled up many journals, but it helps my healing process and helps me to stay positive and keep forging ahead.

I used to journal growing up as a form of therapy. Now as a mother I would journal to detail my love for my children/family in case one day I can't remember. My children will have written memories from my point of perspective.
