Banana Puff Pastry Treat
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Brown sugar
- Butter
- Bananas
- Puff Pastry
- Chocolate
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
Step 2: Put your burner on medium or until you can melt 2 tbsp of butter and half a cup of brown sugar
Step 3: After thoroughly melted and combined,coat a banana vertically sliced in half in the mixture
Step 4: Wrap the coated banana slices with the puff pastry dough
Step 5: Add them to the pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
Step 6: Drizzle with melted chocolate and enjoy!
Fruit Bark Clusters
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Fruit of your choice (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, etc.)
- Chocolate
- Peanut Butter
- Granola
- Coconut Flakes
Step 1: Slice your fruit in half and spread it on a baking sheet
Step 2: Drizzle melted chocolate and peanut butter over the fruit
Step 3: Top with granola and coconut flakes
Step 4: Set in the freezer until chocolate has hardened
Edible Cookie Dough
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Brown sugar
- Granulated sugar
- Butter
- Chocolate chips
- Milk
- Vanilla extract
- Flour
Step 1: Heat treat your flour by microwaving ½ cup of flour in two 15-minute intervals
Step 2: Mix together ¼ cup softened butter, ¼ cup brown sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 tbsp of milk, ½ cup of heat-treated flour, and 2 handfuls of chocolate chips
Step 3: Roll into bite-sized balls and enjoy
Nutella Brownies
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Flour
- Nutella
- White sugar
- 3 eggs
- Cocoa Powder
Step 1: Lightly grease a cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper
Step 2: Whisk together 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of white sugar in a bowl
Step 3: In the same bowl, add 3 lightly whisked eggs and 1 cup of nutella
Step 4: Put in the over at 315 degrees for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out with little to few crumbs
Step 5: Let it cool and dust with cocoa powder
Mug cake
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Flour
- Cocoa powder
- Granulated sugar
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Oil
- Milk
- Chocolate chips
Step 1: In a mug, add 4 tbsp of flour, 2 tbsp of cocoa powder, 3 tbsp of sugar, ⅓ tsp of baking powder, a tiny pinch of salt
Step 2: Mix together until there are no lumps
Step 3: Add 4 tbsp of milk, 1 and ½ tablespoons of oil and mix
Step 4: Stir in chocolate chips
Step 5: Microwave for 1-2 minutes (depending on strength of your microwave)
