I like to celebrate Easter by going camping Easter weekend.
I do a bunny cake using two 9 inch baking pans. You cut them in half for the body and make ears out of paper. It's really cute and easy to make. I started doing this about 11 yrs ago for my first nephew. Decorate with colors plastic or chocolate eggs.

The kids in our family hunt for eggs filled with candy or money. If it is nice the eggs are hidden outside if it is snowing or raining then eggs are hidden indoors. The older kids have to read clues to find their eggs which are hidden and the nonreaders just pick up eggs visable. Lots of fun and everyone gets eggs.

We always make a bunny cake and do an egg hunt. My kids love cooking with me and even though our isolation situation make things different this year, I intend on keeping our traditions going.
