It's tough a lot of trauma in my life. I workout, meditate, do yoga take a mood stabilizer and lately melatonin
We keep the temperature low at night and have an air filter creating white noise.
I turn out all the lights and electronics
Good quality sheets and mattress, and a cool room.
These are something I wanna try
To get a great nights sleep I take a nice warm bath with lavender oil then lavender balm on my feet and wrists, lavender oil in the diffuser and my bed made nice and smooth with good quality bedding. After all this I get a great night sleep and wake feeling like a million bucks.
Right now I read a book before I go to bed, and I also set the humidifier. Love to wear cozy pjs too.
I have to have noise like a fan or music. I like for the temperature to be a little cooler than most when I sleep. And I need a comfortable bed with comfortable sheets. Thank you!
Make sure the room is at the right temperature and right humidity, especially in the winter.
I use essential oils to help me relax and sleep!
We turn off all electronics a few hours before bed.
I lean back and go to sleep in seconds. I might wake up to go to the bathroom or because something hurts. Sleep is between 11 and 1 just depends and my eyes always pop open between 5:30 and 6:00 am. Retired but I still get up
I could use them.
I buy soft, comfortable, quality sheets!
