My #HolidaySurvival tips are do as much food prep ahead of time. Preparing as much food ahead of time will reduce your stress by half. The other tip is the most important.... You will be with family and friends and they don't care about anything but spending time with you around the holidays. Things DO NOT have to be PERFECT!! Remember these 2 tips and you will have a stress free holiday season.

My Holiday survival tip is to make sure to take your time, do not rush, and remember that the Holidays are about spending time with your family/friends.. Its not about spending all day in the kitchen or all day shopping for the best of everything.. Relax and breath! Its suppose to be a fun time of year

I love all the food that comes with holidays but the way I deal with the stress is I love the visits with my family I moved and don't get to visit often so I set my mind frame to go be with them and enjoy my time,so that way I'm not thinking of food or anything but spending time with them I don't let things stress me that I can't do anything about that's a great Moto to have and remember

My survival tip is to do what's best for you. What's the point of going to a family gathering if you're miserable there? Say 'screw it' and have your own little party with people you WANT to be around. Don't let anyone guilt you about it either. You aren't your family's puppet.

My holiday survival tip is to prepare as much as feasible the day before the big feast so you aren't stressed out trying to get everything done at once.

My advice is to just breathe! Holidays are supposed to be fun and to enjoy time with family and friends. Everything doesn't have to be perfect! Remember to enjoy the company and the time with those you love!

Prepping the night before, having kiddos in charge of desserts, and having a potluck works wonders

Holidays get me a little stressed and I have a hard time eating when stressed so... To not miss out on my favorites (6 kids and a husband that will definitely eat it all) I like to bake my self my own mini pumpkin pie and and make a special plate for later, before we even serve and HIDE IT! Then I don't have to miss out.

I love to bake pumpkin pie and rolls or muffins but not in my small kitchen. I go to my parents house as kitchen has been remodeled to take into account how tall we are and has plenty of space for prepping ingredients for baking. I enjoy smelling the baked goods in the home it makes you feel festive.

My survival tip is to ask all guests to bring a dish. It makes it so much easier, and it's a chance to taste something new & exciting!

The holidays are my favorite. My holiday survival tip is to make my guest, family and friends feel comfortable. The holidays are about relaxing, eating and being happy. Food seems to make everyone happy and full so that is my goal. Good food and good company. Focus on the love we all share for one another, not so much on what we want and need. Food, wine and good spirits that sounds like a great survival tip to me! That's my goal for this holiday season!!!

My holiday survival tip is I buy a couple extra presents that work for either gender that I keep on hand in case anyone surprises me with an unexpected gift. I feel guilty excepting a gift if I don't have one to give you in return. It beats running out to the store last minute trying to find a decent gift !

Eat large meals and workout the whole week before the holiday. Then the night before and the morning of eat only small meals (but still workout!) And then eat as much as you want for the big holiday dinner! The eating will prep your stomach, and the exercise will keep you energized and prevent you from the bloating!
