I use coconut oil on my scalp to help with dryness and I use a detangler and comb to comb out my long hair so I'm careful not to damage it.

My healthy hair tips are 1) get a water filter for your shower - it has singly made the most difference in the texture, health, and manageability of my hair. 2) don't wash every day if you can help it. 3) use small amounts of product and use ones that are sulfate free (Pantene is not). 4) don't use Pantene, ever. It doesn't erase damage. It basically coats your hair with plastic and my hairdresser has told me it causes more harm than good long-term. Also, they test on animals and that's evil, IMO.

I am always looking for new, simple and quick ideas. I have naturally curly hair and live in FL, so I always air dry and try not to touch my hair for any reason to help reduce frizz.

I actually do use pantene shampoo and conditioner. I comb my hair after getting out of the shower and let it air dry to reduce my breakages.

I loved Pantene's Ice Shine Shampoo and Conditioner but I haven't found it sold anymore. I usually wash mine every other day but condition it every day when I shower.

I have wavy hair, and my favorite product to bring out the curls is a spray gel by Pantene, plus my diffuser. Works really well!
