I always drink plenty of fluids and plenty of rest. Sometimes if I have an upset belly I usually go buy a fountain coke pop to settle my stomach because the carbonation helps settle the belly.
A brand new pair of socks and sweat pants, a hot bath and to curl up on the couch with a good book. Unless I am too sick and then all I can do is sleep

My moms homemade chicken soup always makes me feel better
I use Vicks Nyquil and sleep as much as I can. Drink a lot of fluids to stay hydrated. Homemade chicken noodle soup to get all the healthy, and yummy nutrients! Then sleep some more.
