The snickerdoodle cupcake with mini pumpkin pie inside looks absolutely delicious and it's a very unique idea! I'm totally going to try that recipe! Other than that I will definitely be baking some pumpkin seeds like I do every year! Nom, nom, nom!

I have never made pumpkin pie from scratch. I always use the canned pumpkin. This year I am going to buy pumpkins and make it from scratch. The crust too!
