They Work Big fan of ZICAM products! Have been using them for years and they work. Have not found any that did not get rid of cold real quick

I think Zicam does help to shorten a cold. Just make sure you have some food in your stomach while taking these

Zicam helps ! At the first sign of a cold, I dissolve 1 tablet in my mouth every 3 hours. I do not, however, do that on an empty stomach, and I do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after. Also, avoid citrus fruits and juices for 30 minutes before or after dosage. I continue this for the first 2 days of a cold to lessen the duration of the cold.
