Our guest on this episode is Heather Chauvin. Heather is the author of Dying to Be a Good Mother and host of the Emotionally Uncomfortable Podcast.
Heather was literally dying to be a good mother when she realized what she was doing was no longer sustainable and something had to change in her life. Through her experiences and discussions with women, Heather came to understand that women want to be good, and a desire to be good in and about everything relies upon traditional models of being which lead to burnout. Total and utter burnout. Which is where Heather found herself years ago.
Now, Heather helps women get to the heart of what they want and provides practical steps they can take to get there.
