Description: Tuna is one of those fishes that just about everyone loves. This dish has all the fun stuff, that's yummy to eat and good for you too.
Ingredients:
1 can
Tuna
1 10.5 oz can
cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz package
egg noodles
1 14.5 oz can
french style green beans
1 bag
Ruffles, or ridged potato chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F
Cook noodles as directed on package until soft. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, tuna and green beans (drained), and cooked noodles. Pour in to a 9x9 square pan.
Here's the fun part. Crush the potato chips, by hand or in a gallon Ziploc bag, and spread out on top of the noodle mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes. For crispier chips put oven on broil low for 3-5 minutes.
Enjoy!

I'm definitely intrigued by this recipe. I've never actually mixed tuna, green beans AND potato chips into one casserole but I'll try anything once (and a million times more, if I like it.)
