Our first segment features Jess Ekstrom, CEO of Headbands of Hope and author of, "Chasing the Bright Side." Listen as Jess shares countless insights about success and making a difference. You'll learn how an experience with failure at the beginning of her career made her into the businesswoman she is today. 

We are also joined by Megha Desai, President of the Desai Foundation a global foundation dedicated to improving the health and livelihood of women and children through community programs in the U.S. and India. Megha shares how her team is helping those in rural communities in India and how businesses can and should make doing good part of their model.
