You can purchase the pods almost anywhere you purchase coffee or cocoa. They come in boxes of multiple sizes. As small as 10 and as large as 28 for home use. You place the pod in a Keurig machine once the water reaches the correct temperature. Close the lid and the brewing beginnings. Within seconds you are holding a creamy cup of hot cocoa. I too mine of with a shot of chocolate milk to cool it (the Keurig makes drinks extremely hot, especially for children!).
