I have lactose intolerance. The product LactAid is similar, but have to take it every time you eat or drink a dairy product. This product is taken once a day in the morning and helps with most dairy product throughout the day without having to carry pills with you everywhere you go. Digestive Advantage works with your body to increase the production of the enzymes used to break up the lactose in milk and other dairy products. The only reason I would give this product any less of a rating is because, of course, you can only consume so much dairy in a day. However, as I began to take this medication regularly, the more dairy I found I was able to consume. I strongly recommend trying this product to anyone dealing with lactose intolerance.
