Makes: 6 5 oz
Description: Pasta with fresh garden veggies in a garlic, butter, and garlic sauce
Ingredients:
1 Box
Pasta (any kind)
1
yellow squash
1
zucchini
1 cup
broccoli
2
tomatoes (any kind)
1 tsp
garlic
2 tbs
butter
3/4 cup
vegetable oil
Instructions:
Prepare pasta per instructions. Slice squash and zuchini. Cut up tomatoes and broccoli. Heat garlic- be careful not to burn. Cook vegetables in pan with oil, butter, and garlic. Toss in pasta.
Serve!
