Ok if you like scent I like that this is designed to be used on your body or pillow. But it is an aromatherapy product, I would definitely try it on your body first at night just in case you fall asleep! It has a rose smell. While the label may be pretty, I didn't like the spray nozzle coming out in a hard to control spritz.
