Convenient, tasty instant coffee option We usually brew a pot of coffee every morning, but sometimes we want an extra cup, or we're traveling, so we keep a jar of Nescafe Clasico Dark Roast Instant Coffee nearby. We don't like Maxwell House instant coffee, and we think this one is better than Folgers instant coffee. I understand that everybody has different coffee preferences, so I'm just ranking our favorites for sharing purposes. Coffee is a breakfast necessity for us, and this is a convenient option.

Go for Taster's Choice instead This instant coffee is not great, it has a burnt rubber aftertaste that is really off-putting. The price is certainly right, the 2 jar pack at Costco is about the same price as a slightly larger jar of Taster's Choice, which is also made by Nescafe. Is Taster's Choice worth the extra money over Nescafe Clasico? Yes it is. I would skip this brand.
