Makes: 25 cookies
Description: These cookies are from a recipe that spans 4 generations in my family. They are super easy and taste great.
Ingredients:
1 cup
peanut butter
3 cups
quick oatmeal
2 cups
sugar
4 Tablespoons
cocoa
1 stick
butter or margarine
1/2 cup
milk
Instructions: Bring butter, sugar, cocoa and milk to a simmer in a large pan. After sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and stir in peanut butter than stir in the oatmeal. Put onto wax paper to cool. Press gently to flaten. They are delicious plain or you may also add nuts, or raisins or M&Ms or chocolate chips...whatever "add in" you want.
