Horrible Eye Stinging I really love this brand, but this sunscreen just didn't work for me. It contains avobenzone which burns my eyes horribly. That being said, I gave this to a friend, and she hasn't experienced any eye burning at all. 🌿 Texture: This has a nice creamy texture with a dewy finish. It may be a bit to oily for those with acne prone / oily skin types. 🌿 Scent: It smells a bit like a typical sunscreen. 🌿 Whitecast: I do not notice a whitecast, but I have fair skin. 🌿 Eye Sting: The avobenzone in this stings my eyes almimmediatelyatly after application continues all day. It's especially bad when I'm cleansing in the evenings.

It's not heavily scented and is lightweight. It works really well under make up and in the winter. I am very happy with it, it's great overall wether your skin is sensitive or "normal".

After application, it dries up quickly. I have tried a few moisturizers with UV protection, but they would leave my skin feeling greasy and some would irritate my skin. But this by La Roche-Posay doesn't make my skin feel greasy or irritated.
