Perfect Dumpling Kahiki makes a great dumpling potsticker. I like the flavor of both their pork potsticker and their black pepper chicken too, but prefer the pork. The dumplings are the perfect density for either pan frying or preparing them in the deep fryer. They're flavored with great asian seasonings. Great item for an appetizer or as a meal, quick and easy to prepare.
