Mighty Patch Micropoint XL for Blemishes I love using these blemish patches because they're amazing! The XL are made specifically for blemishes that pop up in clusters or for large blemishes. I can apply one of these patches at night, and the blemishes are practically gone the next morning. It is better to apply during the early stages of the blemishes, but I have used them on full blown pimples and it worked just as well. I have not used anything that works on deep blemishes like these patches do. I have even used them on my nose and other areas that have blackheads, and this patch just pulls out all the gunk in my pores, which is what caused the pimples to begin with. Just apply the patch, and lightly press for about 20 seconds or until you don't feel the micropoints anymore. I love them and I know others will too! Highly recommend!
