Description: Sometimes when you have leftovers you've got to get creative. These muffins are perfect for everyday snacks or even pre & post workout!
Ingredients:

Cauliflower florets
1.5
Mashed Sweet Potato
1 tsp.
All Spice
1 tsp.
Baking Powder
1 tbsp.
Cinnamon
2 scoops
Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
Instructions:
Only one easy step:
1. Put everything into one big bowl, stir around & mix it well.
2. Put batter into mini muffin tins, cook for 15-20 minutes, and BOOM done!
Okay, two steps...
Makes 14 mini muffs.
