Game Day Wings!

Makes: 5 Servings

Description: Perfect for the game day, these wings take only moments to prep, and the slow cooker does the rest!

Ingredients:
3 lbs  Chicken wings or drumettes
1 cup  brown sugar
1/4 cup  Flour
1/2 cup  water
1/4 cup  white Vinigar
1 1/2 Tbsp  Ketchup
1/4 cup  Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp.  Garlic powder
1/2 tsp  Salt
1/2 tsp  Prepared mustard

Instructions: In a large saucepan mix the brown sugar and flour together then add the water vinegar and ketchup. (i find it easier to mix if slowly rather than toss all ingredients in at once then mix, but definitely mix the brown sugar and flour before adding anything else!!) Add the rest of the ingredients and heat on high until boiling. The sauce will get thicker (slightly thicker then the consistency of molasses,) (in all the first part takes maybe 10 minutes at the most sauce thickens quickly, so don't leave it once it's boiling!!)

Place your wings in the slow cooker and pour sauce over them, make sure they're covered!
Cook on low for 8-9 hours (you could cook them on high for 4 - 4 1/2 hours, but seriously, its way better when you cook them slower!)
Also I've doubled the recipe for potlucks and it cooks just as nicely!
