Trying to DRINK more It is a good reminder that you need to keep hydrated especially if you are one to purchase gallon containers. Since there is no one in my house that can carry the heavy cases any more it is nice to have a dispenser and subsequently a service . The only down fall is when it is cooling is is a bit loud but after a while you get use to the sound and can ignore it. However, since I am a very light sleeper I turn it off at night so that there is no possibility that it will pop on in the middle of the night and wake me up for the rest of the evening. I found a service that actually has three gallon spring water instead of purified so I do not need to struggle with the heavier bottles. Actually, though their five gallon bottles come with a handle so there is no struggling with them either. WIN WIN.
