Makes: 8 Cups
Description: This super creamy Mac and cheese is a crowd pleaser! Add other things like bacon, jalapeños or even Frank's red hot sauce to spice things up! Even my lactose-sensitive husband sacrifices and eats this since it's so good!
Ingredients:
16 oz
Macaroni noodles
32 oz (4 cups)
Whole milk
10 oz
Cheddar cheese (shredded)
5 oz
Gruyere cheese (shredded)
5 oz
Fontina cheese (shredded)
5 oz
Munster cheese (shredded)
5 oz
Velveeta cheese sauce packet
10 oz
Evaporated milk
1/4 cup (= 1/2 stick)
Butter
1/4 cup
Ranch dressing
Heavy sprinkles
Paprika & pepper
Instructions:
Add everything to crock pot and cook for 4 hours, stir every hour.
OR
Cook noodles and sauce ingredients separately and then add the sauce to the noodles and stir then serve.
This is such a delicious alternative to noodles! It has a wonderful flavor and does not make you feel "stuffed" after eating like carbs do.
