yummy grape cough syrup that works! Our kiddos love the grape Delsym! Since they use a small dose every 12 hours when they've got a bad cough, the bottle lasts us a while. Works very well!

Stops my cough all day and let's me feel normal when I am sick

I bought this for my daughter, who had a cough that was interrupting her sleep at night. I liked the fact that this was alcohol free and was not an expectorant, but rather a suppressant formula since the goal was to get my daughter to stop coughing so much so that she could sleep. It seems to work well during the daytime hours, which is why I gave it a 4 star rating, because technically it does seem to be suppressing coughs, however I wish it did a better job at night time.
