Best cheese I have ever had!

I love all of CB's cheeses. This cheese is pretty good and different. A great add to my pasta and vege dishes helped me create variety in my meals.

Simply delicious! This cheese has a creamy/smooth texture, and it's a must for any antipasto tray.

Well anything Cracker Barrel is GREAT...this is really good and the flavor is wonderful and not overpowering with herb taste. I am going to make a mac and cheese dish with some of it. I do agree that it does not cut very well but it is still real good.

Saw this in ShopRite and had to try it. It was a delightful flavor combination that came alive in your mouth. I would have given it a five star rating but it didn't cut very well. It fell apart. However, it didn't matter to the taste, it was delightful!!
