Description: A deliciously warm winter meal!
Ingredients:

large green pepper, sliced in 1 inch strips
1 Cup
sliced mushrooms
1
medium onion, sliced in rings
1 pound
skinless, boneless chicken breasts- browned
1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1 /2 cup
Italian- style tomato sauce
Instructions:
Directions:
1. Layer vegetables in crock pot.
2. Top with meat
3. Sprinkle with oregano and basil
4. Top with tomato sauce
5. Cover and cook on low for eight hours
6. Remove cover during the last 30 minutes of cooking time to allow sauce to cook off and thicken
7. Serve over cooked pasta.
This soup is my new "non-guilty" pleasure! Make this for a dinner party and I guarantee people will be shocked its dairy free!
