My baby absolutely loves this . it just takes up But much of space

Takes up space The design of this swing is what caught my eye. It is very cute and seemed like a great buy. I used the swing for about three days and then had to return it to the store after a latch came off the back. I opted for a smaller swing that took less space. It worked well but the space it took up was inconvenient.

I really like the up up & away infant baby swing its a very durable product except for the latches that strap the infant in the swing. This is my second time of contacting the company about this issue because its cover under the warranty. But now I'm get no response from customer service and its been two weeks.
