This product looked so wonderful when I researched it. It looked like it was going to be an answer to a lot of my cooking needs. However after having it for a couple of weeks I am not in love with it, and I barely like it. As a slow cooker, it has one heat setting. One. It has two cooking times: six hours and eight hours. Little versatility there. Because the lid has to lock for a proration, it is difficult to use slow cooker liners. So cleanup is not difficult, but not as easy. It is nice to be able to sear the meat in that pot, so that is a good feature. I just realize now that I am going to have to adjust my recipes because of lack of functionality. As a pressure cooker, it is okay. I fixed a roast according to their instructions, but it turned out tough. I'm ready to go back to my stovetop pressure cooker. I am just really disappointed in this product. Because of the brand and the hype, I expected so much more. Now, I am just stuck with it. I have used it for a few weeks and don't feel comfortable returning it. I guess it will collect dust with the other too good to be true appliances taking up space in my pantry.
