I don't really like Bobby Flay on TV, I think he comes off as a bit of a jerk. But this is a great cookbook, full of really interesting flavors. Since it's Flay, there are a lot of Mexican-influenced flavors, but even if you don't like Mexican food you'll love a lot of these recipes. His recipe for grilling corn is now our standard, and the lamb chop recipe has been a hit at many of our dinner parties.
