Tepache! A probiotic Pineapple soda Tepache is a fermented pineapple soda from Mexico. It has a mellow pineapple taste with a slight tang like kombucha taste. But you don't feel like you're drinking vinegar. They come in several flavors, my favorite is 'Prickly Pear Lime'.
