Makes: 25 SPREADS
Description: Warm, cheesy, gooey, cheese-that-stretches-a-mile dip/spread that is delicious! The dip is very thick, so please use with sturdy foods like pieces of bread.
Ingredients:
1
16oz Ricotta Cheese
1
16oz Sour Cream
1-envelope
Packet of Lipton Savory Herb with Garlic
1
16oz Shredded Mozerella Cheese
optional
chopped pizza topping vegetables/meats
Instructions: Heat Oven to 425. Mix Ricotta, Sour Cream, Lipton packet and half of the shredded Mozerella Cheese. Blend all ingredients well, preferably in a mini crockett that can bake in the oven. After ingredients are mixed well, top mixture with remaining shredded Mozerella cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes. When the topping is golden-bubbly, the dip is done. PLEASE ALLOW TO SIT WITHOUT TOUCHING because it will thicken and IT WILL BE EXTREMELY HOT!!!!

A wonderful dip when hot off the grill (or out of the oven). Quick, easy, and I use disposable aluminum pie/cake containers, so clean up is a breeze!
