Description: Simple but delicious. This lighter version of sesame chicken makes great lettuce wraps or stir fry. An easy way to eat a little healthier!
Ingredients:
1 or 2 TBLSP
sesame seeds
2 TBLSP
soy sauce
2 TBLSP
Honey
1 tsp
Fresh ginger
1 tsp
Garlic
1 TBLSP
Rice vinegar
2 tsp
Olive oil
2
Chicken breasts
1 cup
Frozen broccoli
1
Shredded carrot
pinch
Salt and pepper
Instructions: Cut chicken breasts into chunks. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chicken. In a small bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame seeds. Once chicken begins to brown, add the broccoli, carrot, and spices. Continue to cook for 3 or 4 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked through add the sauce and cook an additional 2 or 3 minutes. Serve over rice, or in lettuce wraps
