Low-Calorie Ceasar Cole Slaw

Makes: 4 servings

Description: Caesar dressing is great--especially when it's fat free! Here's a light way to enjoy your favorite fresh vegetables in caesar dressing!

Ingredients:
4 cups (1/2 bag)  Plain, raw cole slaw mixture found in the lettuce section at the grocery store
1  tomato
3 stalks  celery
1/2  cucumber
1 tsp  cayenne pepper
1/3 c  Fat Free Ceasar Dressing

Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, empty the cabbage. Chop the tomato, celery and cucumber into bite sized chunks. Add them to the bowl. Pour in the caesar dressing and add the cayenne pepper. Stir well and serve cold. Great to leave it in fridge overnight to marinate the veges. Enjoy!
