Hidden Valley Ranch Cold Veggie Pizza

Makes: 1 1

Description: Here is a great recipe I found using my fave products, Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix packets and your leftover veggies. Why not make this healthy veggie pizza for lunch or dinner tonight? Here is my recipe!

Ingredients:
2  cans {8-ounces each} reduced fat Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
2  packages {8-ounces each} reduced fat cream cheese
1  cup light Miracle Whip
1  package Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix

Instructions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in un-greased 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

Beat cream cheese, miracle whip, and salad dressing mix until creamy. Spread evenly over crust. Top with bite size pieces of raw vegetables {carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, and red pepper}. Cut into appetizer size pieces. Refrigerate leftovers.
