Makes: 2 Servings
Description: Serves 2 Super cheesy and easy Crock pot Mac and cheese
Ingredients:
2 cups
Pasta shells
1 can
Campbells cheddar cheese soup
Optional 1/2 cup
chopped or sliced mushrooms
2 cups
shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups
water or vegetable broth
Optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: First add pasta, then the soup and water or broth. Followed by the cheese and remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4
Any types of mushrooms work well here. Sear them in batches, without crowding in a hot skillet so that they will take on color without steaming.
