Description: Vegetable Side Dish
Ingredients:
1 bag
Frozen Broccoli Florets
1 bag
Frozen Cauliflower Florets
8-10
Slices American Cheese
1/3 C
Butter
20
Ritz Crackers crushed
Instructions: Defrost broccoli and cauliflower and mix in bottom of 9X13 pan. Lay cheese on top to cover. Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle over top of cheese. Melt butter and drizzle on top of cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
Was so good even the kids loved it!!
This is a great way to get in a variety of healthy vegetables and make a pretty side dish.
