Makes: 1 smoothie

Description: This protein smoothie makes for a great start to the day, easy mix of frozen, fresh, and pantry ingredients. And it's very adaptable.

Ingredients:
4  ice cubes
1/4 cup  whole fat yogurt
1 cup  milk
1/4 cup  frozen blueberries
1 handful  fresh spinach
1 scoop  protein powder

Instructions: Put all the ingredients in your blender, blend until smooth. I use a Vitamix, which powers right through it.

I use vanilla protein powder, and usually vanilla whole-fat yogurt, but use whatever you have on hand (except if it's chocolate protein powder, that definitely won't work).
