Growing up as a woman, and seeing this baffles me and angers me, that even in 2023 us as women still have have any rights to make a choice for ourselves. Instead we let men decide what's best for our bodies and our children. Us as women, should have every right to decide when we have a child. Instead where causing our mama's to make poor choices in other unsafe ways for the ones who are at risk for having a child, by them looking for a Dr not specialized in abortions to take matters in their own hands. It all reality, what has the world come too!
Im glad to see more than half women are upset about the abortion bans etc but I'm a little concerned the percentage still isn't actually higher. This isn't just about pro life pro choice etc this is about our own personal rights and abilities to make our own decisions for our own personal self & bodies as a human being period .
I'll take it!
My voting has changed since these crazy laws have passed, the fact that women are forced to have children or cent have their own say in their own bodies. It really shouldn't be any room for discussion on someone's body and these laws baffle me and anger me.
I believe that women have the right to make the choice to carry a child to term or not. Men have no right to make decisions that affect us about our bodies. This is an issue that should only be decided by women.
I'll wait for the start
Woman should have the right to choose it's their bodies therefore should be their choice whether or not they want to have an abortion especially in circumstances where a female may have been raped or a victim of incest or if the mothers life is in danger if she give birth to a non viable pregnancy
I think this is a great and important topic. As a woman I can relate.
It's interesting to see adult women in the comments who don't realize that a) close to half of women who get abortions *were* on some kind of birth control when they got pregnant and b) it's not always just because the woman doesn't want to be pregnant, there are a million other factors that can cause someone who does want children to need to terminate a pregnancy. Being outspoken is great, but being informed about the topic you're speaking on is important.
Im pro-choice i believe that every woman should have the right to make their own decisions with their bodies.
We all deserve to make our own choices!
i agree with the majority. I'm past child bearing age but I stand with those who haven't
Our bodies our choice
If a child or woman is raped and a dnc is given soon afterwards I think I would be ok. If the situation was a month before a child was to be born in not 100% sure I would be ok in that situation having an abortion to kill the same child.
